WHAT IS A PRIVACY POLICY?

This document, concerning the privacy policies of personal data protection of RENOVA srl, the company that manages the Internet site https://www.renova-srl.com, intends to describe in the most accurate way the methods for managing the processing of personal data of users and visitors of our site.

This section provides information on data protection and privacy pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 and European Regulation EU 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”) for users of the services of our site, which are provided via Internet.

Renova website may contain links to third-party websites, products and services information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy policy for which Renova shall not be considered responsible.

The information provided below are also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 of the Group of European Guarantors for the protection of personal data adopted on May 17, 2001 pursuant to art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, particularly concerning the collection of personal data on the Internet and aim to identify the minimum measures to be implemented with regard to the persons concerned to ensure the fairness and lawfulness of such practices (in application of Articles 6) , 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/46 / EC).

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The subject to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request to integrate, update, or rectify them.

Renova srl, in accordance with the provisions of the European Reg. 2016/679 informs the data subjects that as from 25 May 2018 further rights referred to in the Regulations will be guaranteed, here reported in a concise and intelligible manner, namely:

  1. The right to access to personal data (see Annex Art. 15 GDPR 2016/679);
  2. The right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data (see Annex Art. 16 GDPR 2016/679);
  3. the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, within the limits set by the Regulations (see Annex Art. 17 of the GDPR 2016/679);
  4. the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing (see Annex Art. 18 GDPR 2016/679);

  5. The right to object at any time to processing of Personal Data concerning him or her data, within the limits set by the Regulation (see Annex Art. 21 GDPR 2016/679)
  6. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisor authority for the protection of personal data, if the conditions are met (see Annex Art. 77 of the GDPR 2016/679).
  7. Renova srl informs data subjects they have, the right to be informed about the controller, the purposes and methods of processing personal data and any processor to whom the personal data may be communicated.

PLACE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Processing of personal data related to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the headquarters of the data controller and are only handled by employees, collaborators or partners of RENOVA srl in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web services is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users submitting service requests may be shared with our authorized agents and distributors who collaborate with us to manage and process the requests submitted through the website. These agents and distributors are bound by confidentiality obligations imposed by us and adhere to the applicable data protection regulations in their respective countries. They will use the personal data solely for the purpose of providing the requested service or performance and are not permitted to use such information for any other purposes.

The personal data provided by users will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or strictly necessary to fulfill the requests.

Type of data processing
BROWSING DATA:

During normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to run this site collect personal data, which is implicitly transmitted through the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but could, by its very nature, and if processed and integrated with third-party data, allow Users to be identified.

Such data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
